The lands in question comprise 168 acres all of which were ready for allotment last March. An area of 103 acres was in fact allotted at the land with the result that it selected for the balance declined to accept the land with the result that it was then too late to make alternative arrangements for disposal. Fresh proposals for allotment of the remaining 65 acres are at present under consideration and there will be no avoidable delay.
