Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Registered Unemployed in Cork.

asked the Taoiseach if he will state in respect of the latest available date the total number of persons registered at the Cork employment exchange whose normal occupation is in (a) the building industry, and (b) other industry.

I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to circulate in the Official Report a statement which will give the required information for 14th September, 1957, the latest date for which the particulars are available.

Following is the statement:—
