The Company Law Reform Committee was established by the Attorney-General in March, 1951.
I indicated in reply to a question in the Dáil on the 19th June, 1957, that it was unlikely that the report would be available before the end of the long vacation this year. I am informed that it has not yet been submitted to the Attorney-General but that good progress has been made.
