As regards the first part of the question the answer is "Yes".
As regards the second part I am informed that a preliminary inspection of the site was carried out by an Office of Public Works engineer in February, 1957. I understand, however, that a detailed survey will be necessary before that Office is in a position to furnish a report in the matter and that it is hoped to have this survey carried out within the next few months.
