Vol. 164 No. 3

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Cork State Land.

asked the Minister for Lands if the difficulties arising in regard to the taking over by the Land Commission of the State lands at Billereagh, Kilworth, County Cork, from the Department of Defence have yet been resolved, and, if so, if he will state at what approximate date the tenants will get the advantages accruing under the Land Acts.

Further progress has been made with regard to the acquisition of these lands. Some difficulties still remain to be solved, but there will be no undue delay in making a decision.
