Bill considered in Committee.
Sections 1 and 2 agreed to.
SECTION 3.
Question proposed: "That Section 3 stand part of the Bill".

Why does the Minister want to borrow this exact sum?

It is always done like that. I have no intention of borrowing it all. I am following precedent.

I do not think the sum in Section 3 was ever included before.

The full amount is always given.

The full amount of what?

A sum equal to what is being voted.

Will the Minister go home? I know perfectly well. It is the total of the first two sections. That is the answer in a few words. The Minister did not know it.

Question put and agreed to.
Section 4 agreed to.
Title agreed to.
Bill reported without amendment, received for final consideration and passed.

This is a Money Bill within the meaning of Article 22 of the Constitution.
