asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state the amount of commitments entered into by Dublin Corporation for loans under the Small Dwellings Acquisition Acts for the year ended 31st March, 1958.

I am informed by the Dublin Corporation that the total amount of payments made in the year ended 31st March, 1958, in respect of advances under the Small Dwellings Acquisition Acts was £495,623 and the total commitments entered into in the same period for such advances was £775,350.
