asked the Minister for Lands if he will state the number of (a) standard migrations and (b) over-standard migrations by the Land Commission this spring, the counties from which the migrants came and their present location, and the number of migrants who were exchanged within their own counties.

In the period from 1st January, 1958, to date, 46 standard and six over-standard migrations were carried out by the Land Commission. Fifteen migrants came from Mayo, eight from Galway, five from Kerry and four from Clare. They were resettled as follows: 12 in Westmeath, six in Kildare, five in Meath, four in Limerick, three in Kilkenny and one each in Carlow and Roscommon. The remaining 20 migrants were allotted exchange holdings within their own counties.
