Vol. 168 No. 3

Written Answers. - Agricultural Wages Board.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if regulations were made by his Department pursuant to the Corn Production Act, 1917, regarding the constitution and proceedings of the Agricultural Wages Board for Ireland; and, if so, if he will state the text of the regulations.

I find that regulations were made from time to time by the former Department of Agriculture and Technical Instruction under the Corn Production Act, 1917, regarding the constitution and proceedings of the Agricultural Wages Board which was set up under that Act but which ceased to function in 1921. These are somewhat lengthy but the latest version of the general regulations made by the Department is contained in Order No. 121 dated the 23rd January, 1920, of the Statutory Rules and Orders, 1920, which the Deputy will find in the Library.
