asked the Minister for Local Government whether the Donegal County Council have adopted Part III of the Local Government (Superannuation) Act, 1956; and, if so, if he will state the date of adoption; and, if not, if he will introduce amending legislation to bring the superannuation scheme into operation in County Donegal with effect from 1st April, 1958.
