Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dublin County Manager.

asked the Minister for Local Government what steps are being taken to appoint a full-time manager for Dublin County Council on a permanent basis owing to the difficulties which frequently arise in consequence of the joint administration of Dublin City and County.

The question of the appointment of a separate manager for Dublin County will not arise unless and until an Order is made, under Section 14 of the City and County Management (Amendment) Act, 1955, degrouping Dublin City and Dublin County for management purposes.
