Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Repair Work at Dublin Castle.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will indicate the nature, extent and estimated cost of the repair work being done at Dublin Castle.

The repair work at present in progress at Dublin Castle includes the rebuilding of chimney stacks, repointing of brickwork, the renewal of rainwater pipes and the eradication of an outbreak of dry rot and boring beetle. It is estimated that the total cost of these works will be of the order of £2,300.
