Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Trade Agreement with United Kingdom.

asked the Minister for External Affairs when the present trade agreement with the United Kingdom terminates; whether its terms provide for renewal and, if so, for what period; and if he will make a general statements on the matter.

The trade agreement with Britain is not subject to termination at any fixed date. It continues in force indefinitely, subject to six months' notice of termination by either side.
