The position in relation to these leaflets is being investigated, not by me or by my Department but by the police. The investigation is being carried out in the usual way and when it has been completed the papers will, if necessary, be referred to the Chief State Solicitor for a direction as to what action, if any, is called for. Whilst the matter is under investigation I am not prepared to make any further statement.
