asked the Minister for Local Government if he has received plans for a suggested new road to Whitegate which would by-pass Midleton; and if in view of the alarm caused in Midleton by such suggested by-passing, a copy of the proposed plans will be sent to Midleton Urban Council before any decision is come to in this matter.
