I have seen the Recommendation of the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe on the market situation for milk and dairy products and am in general agreement with its terms. The Recommendation is addressed to the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe and the Council of OEEC and does not call for any specific action on my part. This country is, of course, co-operating in the efforts being made by these bodies to solve problems arising in the international market for dairy products.
