Returns to Writs. - Introduction of New Members.

The Clerk made the following announcement:—
I gcomhlíonadh Buan-Ordú 134 de Bhuan-Orduithe Dháil Éireann i dtaobh Gnó Phoiblí, tá orm a chraoladh go ndearnadh, de bhun na gCorr-Thoghchán a bhí ann an 22 Iúil, 1959, de dheasca an Teachta Bearnárd de Buitléir agus an Teachta Séamus Ó Gríobhtha d'fháil bháis agus an Teachta Éamon de Valéra a scaradh lena chomhaltas, gur toghadh na comhaltaí seo a leanas chun na Dála:—
Dáilcheantar Buirge Bhaile Átha Cliath Theas (Thiar)—Risteárd Ó Riain.
Dáilcheantar Contae na Midhe— Annraoi Máirtín MacEoin.
Dáilcheantar Contae na Chláir— Seán Ó Ceallaigh.
In compliance with Standing Order 134 of the Standing Orders of Dáil Éireann relative to Public Business, I have to announce that at the Bye-Elections held on 22nd July, 1959, consequent on the deaths of Deputies Bernard Butler and James Griffin and the vacating of his seat by Deputy Éamon de Valéra, the following Members have been elected to the Dáil:—
Borough Constituency of Dublin South (West)—Richie Ryan.
County Constituency of Meath— Henry Martin Johnston.
County Constituency of Clare-Seán Ó Ceallaigh.
Deputy Richie Ryan the new Member for the Borough Constituency of Dublin South (West) was introduced to the Leas-Cheann Comhairle by Deputy D.J. O'Sullivan and took his seat.
Deputy, Henry Martin Johnston, the new Member for the County Constituncy of Meath, and Deputy Seán Ó Ceallaigh, the new Member for the County Constituency of Clare, were introduced to the Leas-Cheann Comhairle by Deputy Ó Briain and took their seats.
