Vol. 178 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Forestry Workers' Tribunal.

54.

asked the Minister for Lands if he is aware that the Forestry Workers' Tribunal has not yet been established, and that the establishment of this Tribunal was proposed in a memorandum issued by his Department early in 1958; and when it is proposed to establish it.

I refer the Deputy to the reply given in the House to Deputy Kyne on 11th December, 1958. As indicated in that reply wage negotiating machinery will be introduced when the Incentive Bonus Scheme for Forestry workers has been applied at all Forests throughout the country.
