Vol. 178 No. 3

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Tourist and Travel Income.

7.

asked the Taoiseach how the figure of £34,600,000 for tourist and travel income for 1958 was computed.

I would refer the Deputy to my reply to a similar question by Deputy Norton on 28 October, 1959 (Dáil Debates, Vol. 177, No. 3, col. 321-2) to which I have nothing to add.

Would the Parliamentary Secretary mind telling me what that reply is?

The reply, which was fairly full, referred the Deputy who asked the question to a very comprehensive article which had appeared in the Irish Trade Journal.
