The section in question provides that the auditor be appointed by the Board. I have no function in the matter. I would, however, refer the Deputy to the Abstract of the Accounts of the Board for the accounting period ended 31st December, 1958, which were laid before the House on 18th June, 1959, and from which it will be seen that the auditors for that period were Messrs Haughey, Boland & Company, Chartered Accountants, Dame Street, Dublin.
