I am not aware that the position is as set out in the first part of the Deputy's question; the forms referred to are available from my Department to Members of the Dáil and to any other person who wishes to obtain them.
Has the Minister received any complaint that the draft plans provided by the Department of Local Government are now out of print and that persons applying to the Stationery Office or to the Department are told they are not available?
No, I have not received any complaint in that regard.
I believe it to be a fact. Perhaps the Minister would look into it as it constitutes a serious hindrance to people seeking to make housing grant applications.
