The number of male workers (excluding clerical workers) in receipt of wages between £4 10s. and £7 per week employed now in the Department of Social Welfare is 5, all of whom are part-time Cleaners. There were 5 Messengers, 4 full-time Cleaners and 5 part-time Cleaners in receipt of wages between those limits in 1959 and the total wages paid in that year to these employees amounted to £4,608 10s. 7d.
