*Under section 9 of the Irish Nationality and Citizenship Act, 1935, the name of every minor child of a naturalised person was included in the certificate of naturalisation and the child was thereby naturalised subject to a right on his part to make a declaration of alienage within twelve months after attaining the age of 21 years.
