Vol. 183 No. 8

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take No. 1; then Estimates, and, in Estimates, Vote 32, then No. 6, then to go back to No. 7, Votes 58, 59 and 46. It is not proposed to interrupt Public Business to take Private Members' Time.

Is it intended that that programme should be proceeded with tomorrow?

Yes. It might be useful if the Whips would consider the possibility of completing the business next week possibly by sitting late on Thursday and into Friday. I should be in a position to let them know the business contemplated.

The Taoiseach will agree that that is a rather optimistic hope?

I am always an optimist.

When in Government.
