I have reviewed the operation of the circular letter since it was issued and I am satisfied that no changes in the circular letter are necessary or desirable. With regard to the second part of the Deputy's question, there is no information before my Department which would suggest that vocational education committees generally wish that the provisions of the circular should be altered.
