The town planning appeal to which I referred in my reply to the Deputy's question on this subject on 14th March last has not yet been decided. I am awaiting further information from Kildare County Council as to their intentions in regard to the improvement of the road junction near the appellant's house.
Can the Minister say when he hopes to come to a decision on this matter?
As soon as I hear from the county council.
