Vol. 188 No. 9

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 10, 5, 11 and 12 and, in No. 12, Votes 23 to 28, inclusive. If not already reached, it is proposed to interrupt business at 1.30 p.m. to take Nos. 5 and 11. When these items are completed, the order of business will be resumed. Questions will be taken at 3 p.m.

May I ask the Taoiseach will he give time, when the Budget is completed, for the Land (Regulation of Acquisition) Bill?

The matter will be arranged between the Whips.

On the assumption that the Budget ends on next Tuesday we should like to take the Bill on Wednesday, if possible.

I think that should be possible.

When is it proposed to circulate No. 3?

If the Deputy will indicate to the Whips the day he wishes to have it ordered the Bill will be ordered for that day.

I understood the Taoiseach to say himself last week that he would allow some day this week. I did not pursue the matter.

I think the Deputy should inform the Whips when he wishes to take the Bill.

Are all the Estimates for the Department of Justice passed?

They were all discussed together, but they were not all moved together.
