The Glenfarne-Kiltyclogher districts have already been geologically surveyed and examined on several occasions and the records may be inspected at the Geological Survey, 14 Hume Street, Dublin.
The results of these surveys reveal that the likelihood of mineral discovery in the area is insufficient to warrant a further geological survey of the area.
