asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state in respect of each county council for a recent year (a) the mileage of dust free roads, (b) the total mileage in charge, including roads that are not dust free, (c) the amount of money spent on road workers' wages and (d) the average expenditure per mile on wages payable to road workers.

The mileage of dust free roads, the total mileage in charge including roads that are not dust free, the amount of money spent on road workers' wages and the average expenditure per mile on wages payable to road workers at the 31st March, 1960 are set out in the following statement.
