Is the Parliamentary Secretary aware that a large part of the bronze moulding is now missing from the Wellington Monument? Can he give the House any information about it?

The Evening Mail showed pictures of the Monument only a week ago, with a statement that large parts of the moulding were missing.

The Parliamentary Secretary must not read the Evening Mail.

I have more reliable information.
