Vol. 189 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Division of Offaly Lands.

48.

asked the Minister for Lands what the position is in so far as the Land Commission are concerned in regard to the Dooley Estate, Mount Briscoe and Cherrygardens, Daingean, Offaly; and if he is in a position to indicate when these lands will be divided.

The Land Commission have instituted proceedings for acquisition of this estate but, as the proceedings are as yet in the early stages, it is too soon to indicate what the outcome will be.
