The only records available to me of purchases of property by non-nationals are those kept in connection with the 25 per cent. rate of stamp duty chargeable on certain conveyances and transfers to them. These records do not contain the particulars mentioned by the Deputy and I regret therefore that I am not in a position to supply the information he requires.
