I assume the Deputy is referring to my statement in the House on 23rd November, 1961, on the motion on the health services. While I indicated then that the employer's share of health insurance contributions would be passed on to the consumer in the prices of the goods which are bought, I did not give any estimate as to what the increases in prices might be.
