It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 1,2,3,4,9 (Vote 43) and 5. It is proposed to take Private Members' Motion No. 18 in conjunction with No. 5. I am proposing to order Private Members' Time at 9 o'clock. I understand there is a general feeling in the House that it would be preferable to devote all the time to-day to the conclusion of this business, which incorporates a great deal of Private Members' Business but that agreement was not possible. I am therefore ordering Private Members' Time at 9 o'clock.
