asked the Minister for Lands (a) what land acquired for division is in the possession of the Land Commission in County Meath; (b) when each such farm came into the possession of the Land Commission; (c) how the land is at present being used; and (d) when it is proposed to allocate such farms to suitable applicants.
Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Allocation of Meath Lands.
The reply to the first two parts of the Question takes the form of a tabular statement which I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to circulate with the Official Report.
Regarding part (c), as arrangements for management of acquired lands for the current season have not yet been completed, I would suggest that the Deputy repeat this part of the Question in, say, a month's time.
As to part (d), it is hoped to allot a substantial area in County Meath during the coming Spring.
Following is the statement:—
Lands—apart from turbary and small residues of allotted estates—in the possesion of the Land Commission in County Meath.

Would the Minister say in respect of individual farms when it is proposed to allot them and what form he proposes to adopt?
There will be a substantial allotment during the spring. Some of these schemes are not finalised but it is hoped to have substantial allotment made during the coming spring.
Could the Minister say what ones have been finalised?
I have given the Deputy particulars in the tabular statement which he will receive.
