asked the Minister for Lands whether, in view of the nature of the land contained in the Charteris Estate, Cahir, County Tipperary and the desirability of preserving for architectural reasons the mansion on this estate, he will consider in conjunction with the Minister for Agriculture the utilisation of this mansion and the estate for the setting up of an agricultural institute or college with a pilot farm for the training of young farmers.
