asked the Minister for Health the number of male and female inmates at present held in the Central Mental Hospital; and the number of nurses, attendants, guards, etc., who are at present employed to look after the inmates.

The total number of patients in the Central Mental Hospital on 1st April, 1962, was 88, made up of 80 males and 8 females, and the total number of nursing staff and attendant staff was 66.
