Vol. 194 No. 12

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Acquisition of Dublin Property.

13.

asked the Minister for Local Government whether he has yet to come to a decision as to the holding of a public inquiry prior to the confirming of the compulsory purchase orders made by Dublin Corporation for the acquisition of property for municipal buildings at Wood Quay, Dublin; and, if so, at what date the inquiry is likely to be held.

The period for lodging objections to certain aspects of the proposals in the Order expired only yesterday. The question of holding an inquiry will be considered in conjunction with the Corporation which may require some further time before agreeing to a definite date for the purpose.
