Vol. 195 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Secondary Education System.

29.

asked the Minister for Education whether, in view of the opinion of the Council of Education as expressed in their recent Report that it is difficult for the ordinary citizen to inform himself correctly on secondary education owing to the fact that no single publication exists containing full information on the system, he will, as recommended by the Council, take steps to provide such a single publication.

I thought this a very good idea and, in fact, have already arranged for the preparation of such a publication.

I hope that somebody will tell Deputy Pattison to communicate that to his constituents, in case Deputy Flanagan claims the credit.

Deputy Flanagan would appear to have rattled the Minister a bit.

The Minister's liver is not good today.
