asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware of the need for additional houses at Stillorgan, County Dublin; if he has yet received plans from the county council for a scheme there; and, if so, when he expects to approve of the proposals.

I am informed that the housing authority are satisfied that a need exists for additional houses at Stillorgan and are formulating proposals to meet this need. I have not yet received the proposals.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware of the need for additional houses at Shankill, County Dublin; if he has yet received plans from the county council for a scheme there; and, if so, when he expects to approve of the proposals.

I am informed that, in addition to a scheme of 28 houses which is at present approaching completion, the county council propose to erect further houses on the site at Shankill. Plans for these houses have not yet been submitted.
