asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will enumerate the voluntary agencies for the welfare of the blind which received grants from his Department under Vote 53, subhead G during the year 1961-62.

Seven institutions, all voluntary, catering for blind persons, received grants from my Department under Vote 53, Subhead G during the year 1961/62. They are:

1. St. Mary's School and Home for the Blind, Merrion, Dublin.

2. St. Joseph's School and Home for the Blind, Drumcondra, Dublin.

3. The Board for Employment of the Blind, Upper Baggot Street, Dublin.

4. Institution for the Industrious Blind, Infirmary Road, Cork.

5. The National Institution and Molyneux Asylum for the Blind of Ireland, Leeson Park, Dublin.

6. Asylum for Blind Females, Shannon Drive, Limerick.

7. Simpson's Hospital, Dundrum, Co. Dublin.
