asked the Minister for Defence whether any regulations have been made by him under the provisions of Section 97 of the Defence Act, 1954 in relation to the forfeitures and deductions to which gratuities to members of the Defence Forces may be subjected; and, if so, if he will specify such of these regulations, if any, as are applicable to the case of the retired officer referred to by him in his reply in the Dáil to the Debate on Vote 47.
