Vol. 196 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Ballyfermot (Dublin) Vocational School.

86.

Mr. Ryan

asked the Minister for Education the present position regarding a new vocational school in Ballyfermot, Dublin.

Sketch plans for the new vocational school at Ballyfermot have been approved. At a meeting held on 21st May, 1962, between representatives of the committee, the committee's architect and officers of my Department, arrangements for the layout of the various classrooms were agreed on and it was decided that drawings in accordance with those arrangements would be submitted to my Department.

If these drawings, when received, are considered suitable, the committee will be authorised to have the working drawings for the new school put in hands.
