Vol. 196 No. 5

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Revenue Commissioners' Letters to Solicitors.

17.

Mr. Ryan

asked the Minister for Finance if in order to avoid delay and unnecessary postage he will arrange that the Revenue Commissioners' Adjudication Office send communications by direct post to country solicitors at their country offices instead of to the addresses of their Dublin town agents.

This is a matter for the solicitors concerned. Communications from the Revenue Commissioners' Adjudication Branch are sent to the address supplied to them when an instrument is lodged for adjudication.
