asked the Minister for Local Government if the Land Cultivation (Ireland) Act of 1917 (Ch. 30) has been repealed, rendered dormant or has been continued in force; and if this Act remained on the Irish statute book on the establishment of the State.

The Local Government (Allotments and Land Cultivation) (Ireland) Act, 1917, was continued in force under the Expiring Laws Acts up to 31st December, 1926.
