I had intended to deal with this matter in the proposed legislation to amend the Insurance Acts. I have considered it advisable, however, to postpone preparation of a new Insurance Bill because it will probably be necessary for us in any event to amend our insurance legislation on entering the European Economic Community. When revision of the insurance legislation is undertaken, the matter referred to by the Deputy will be attended to.
