The reply to the first part of the Deputy's question is "Nil" and the second part does not, therefore, arise. The work of the Board of Assessors and Referee under the Military Service Pensions Acts, 1924 and 1934, respectively, as extended by the Military Service Pensions (Amendment) Act, 1949, was completed in September, 1958. Notification of the findings of the Board of Assessors and Referee has long since been issued to the applicants concerned.
