asked the Minister for Lands if he is aware that the Irish Refining Company, Whitegate, County Cork have advertised the letting of 900 acres for tillage and grazing for a four-year period; and if, in view of the fact that this land is not required as previously stated for industrial purposes, and that over the past six years it has been let for four crops of wheat in succession and two years' grazing without grass seeds ever having been put in, the Land Commission will now consider the taking over of these lands for the relief of congestion in the area and for suitable migrants.
