The Question relates to a specific programme and is one that does not fall within my competence to deal with. I understand, however, that the talk given on 8 November last was a summarised report of the full day's proceedings and contained the principal points made whether in Irish or English. Much had inevitably to be omitted but I am sure that the Authority did not intend to reflect upon the use of the Irish language in the debate.
