The memorandum and articles of association of Nítrigin Éireann Teoranta can be inspected subject to the usual conditions at the office of the Registrar of Companies, Dublin Castle. I will, however, arrange to have a copy placed in the Library.
It will be appreciated that all the articles of association provide for the control of the company. For the convenience of Deputies, I propose, with your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, to circulate with the Official Report a statement indicating those articles in which Ministerial control is embodied.
